With over 24 years of experience in ministry, I have had the privilege of walking alongside pastors, leaders, and church teams across the globe. I currently co-lead the ACTIVATE(D) team with Novo U.S. . Our mission is to empower the Church to be effective in its calling to make new disciples.
In my role, I provide leadership coaching and organizational consulting, helping pastors and their teams develop strategies that enhance their ministry impact. Through personal coaching, team workshops, and tailored consulting, I am passionate about equipping leaders with the tools and insights they need to grow and thrive in their calling.
I believe the Church has a unique and vital role in reaching the world with the message of the gospel, and my heart is to see pastors and leaders strengthened, encouraged, and equipped to fulfill this mission effectively.
It is a joy to serve in this capacity, partnering with like-minded leaders to see the Kingdom of God advance through healthy, thriving churches.
